One One O’Six Lofts Condominiums, located at 92 S Main St and 96 S Main St, has sold at a foreclosed price of $1.5 million to Community Bank. The total property is comprised of nine condominiums and a commercial space. The Memphis movers have learned that the North Mississippi bank invested in the property in 2007, and when it fell into foreclosure they purchased it back.

The previous owner, BJN LLC, defaulted on a September 2010 loan and resulted in foreclosure. Any changes or developments that the bank has decided to do to the property have yet to be announced.
