Last night at the Oscars, a piece of Memphis was voted by the academy as the best documentary feature of the year. “Un-defeated,” a made in Memphis football film, is a underdog story focusing on Memphis businessman Bill Courtney and his experience as coach of the Manassas High School football team and the inner city athletes that he trained.
The moving film has been described as a tearjerker for men. The film premiered here in Memphis during the India Memphis Film Festival last fall, and will reshow here at Malco Paradiso. The Memphis movers are excited to check out this acclaimed film.
